3. Online Notarization (Remote Notary)

Our online notarization services are provided through a secure digital platform and are subject to the laws governing Remote Online Notarization (RON) in the State of Florida. Users must meet all identification and authentication requirements to complete an online notarization. Please ensure a stable internet connection and that you have the necessary technology to participate in the online session.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for our Services are displayed at the time of booking. Payments must be made in full prior to the completion of services. FastStamp Notary reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Additional fees may apply for emergency, after-hours, or expedited services.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • In-Person Notary Appointments: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Online Notarizations: No refund will be provided once the online notarization process has begun.
  • Emergency or After-Hours Services: All sales are final for emergency services.

6. Limitations of Liability

FastStamp Notary provides notarization services based on the documents and information provided by the client. We are not responsible for verifying the legality or accuracy of the documents being notarized.   • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking and notarization process.

FastStamp Notary reserves the right to refuse service if we have reason to believe that the documents are fraudulent, incomplete, or illegal.
